You know how they make you distribute every skill point before you continue? What happens if all of your skills are 100 by then? You're screwed thats what. Why? If you get to Level 30 (or any other level for that matter) and have too many skill points you will not be able to continue the game any further. Step 2: Things of Note: Early Missions 1.
